    Ozark Inn and suites has lied to me for three months. they have told me they will refund my $50 incidental./deposit to my credit card, and still have never done it. I have called numerous times and also went into the business face-to-face 2 different times and showed them my credit card statements proving to them Ive never received the refund. The last time I went into the business with my credit card statement, the manager/ owner took my card and supposedly put the $50 back on. It showed pending for a day and then it disappeared off my account. It never went past the pending process. They are scammers.

    I stayed at H33333230**3736303238H inns and suites on 4/26/24and was supposed to be charged $101.00 but instead they charged me $160.00 said i would get money back but its been 3 weeks and i still don&#**;t have it- i had dirty towels and cigarette ***** in my sheets when i stayed ther.e

    I have stayed at this hotel three times in the last six months each time they charged me a $50 security deposit on top of the room rate that they said was refunded upon check out. I have yet to receive the $50 deposit from any of these three stays. My most recent stay was on May 3 for one night and after I didnt receive a refund for the $50 security deposit I investigated the other three stays and found that I never received my $50 security deposit refund. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and left messages and complaints and phone numbers and still nobody has called me back. Dates are 9/21/23 $121.10, 3/29/24 $127.92, 5/3/24 $135.95. This is fraud.

    On 10/21/2023 I stayed in a room less than a full night. The comparable rates was $60.00 The person who checked me in was new and I did not pay attention until the next day and I noticed I was charged a total of $215.54. I complained to the housekeeper who called the owner. He was out of town and he would refund a $50.00 deposit and he would call once he was back in town. He never called. I have called repeatedly and I just went in just now they wanted the dates, driver&#**;s license, and my card. I was told that they could not look it up without my card. I told him that I never received my deposit and he told me that I could just call the police. I would like my half of my money back.

    I reserved 2 rooms on June 24th 2023. total Cost $850.60 Unfortunately we had to cance on June 26 due to a death in our family. We were charged over $270.36 to cancel our reservation which was 4 days in advance we was told we would receive our remaining over $580.24 within 5 business days. After pointless calls with different hotel staff still no refund has been received. Within. The last 3 weeks I have called a million of times and get sent to voice mail. I have no idea how to contact the owner of this facility. Just want our refund back! It's a lot of money. this place is the most unprofessional establishment I have even seen. Thanks for listening to my complaint.
