    I have 2 complaints. First the service and organization was not only unprofessional at the hotel we were staying, but I didn't feel safe. Checking in was uneasy as there were Bikers sitting around the front entrance and about 15 young latino men hanging in the lobby for 4-5 hours. Once we checked in on June 8, 2023 the TV in our room was broke. I went to have our room changed and the police were in the lobby. We were then sent to a room that was already occupied and by the third room we stayed. The employee at the desk mentioned living at the hotel and being unsure if the house keeper even cleaned. As we were exhausted, we stayed in our room most the evening. The police stayed in the hotel most of the night along with all the men. I did not feel safe. I booked the hotel to use the pool and hot tub, but didn't feel safe to do so. The following day I planned to book another hotel, but couldn't find any last minute as it was Friday. I also did not appreciate the bikers smoking weed at the entrance door. My second complaint is the bill. I paid for the booking 7/21/2022 through priceline with confirmation #********* for $249.78. I was then billed again on 6/9/2023 for $232.78. I called when we got home for the reimbursement. The reufund was on hold at my bank for days then fell off my account. I called again and the manager said she will take care of it and nothing has happened. Another point of confusion is every time I called they couldn't find my booking. But you can see with my bank account I was charged twice. As their Core Values state: To deliver great experiences to our guests. We hold ourselves to the highest standards. We're responsible, truthful, and transparent. We do the right thing. I want a FULL refund or ALL charges. What's the value of your claim $482.56 Please note, I have contacted the hotel directly 2 times with no results. I filled out a complaint through the "approved" site. Contacting *********** ******* Chief Advocacy Officer ******* Advocacy which I believe is a ploy to misdirect. I have contacted both the customer service phone numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### they told me they could not help me.....?? I have phone records, bank records, and purchase records Note: after filling out online form it had an error and didn’t go through. See Picture I emailed the President and CFO and it returned to me.     My name is **** ******* i am GM, and **** *** is hotel manager she deals with the complaints of the hotel and refund was issues but since it was done through booking.com it usually says one time use card so we know not to refund or use that card number again this card did not say that so i have attached the folios. I am offended about the guest comments and it is discrimination, being latina myself, about the  bikers and the latinos in the lobby we do not discriminate anyone at our hotel the guest that were here, are hard working guest with businesses  that stay with us for long periods of time. If the police was here why did the guest feel unsafe at baymont?. The guest could have gotten another hotel if she did not feel comfortable or stayed for 2 nights. We do work with guest all the time here at baymont and i am sorry about the situation but as you can see on the folio we did refund her total stay some comments on her complain were on unnecessary.
