      This is an A1 company. They worked with my insurance company and reached a reasonable offer. Materials delivered one day and work started the next day. The crew came across a problem that wasnt caught the first time because it was under shingles. They called their supervisor and told them about the problem. In turn, the supervisor called me, explained what they had found, what needed to be done. Then made me a quote, gave me an alternative, quoted the price of alternative and pros and cons. I said I didnt want the alternative. Within an hour or two, the crew had what they needed to get the job done the right way. It was after dark when they finished up, cleaned up and pulled the dumpster away with them.They went above and beyond to satisfy and make the customer happy. They swept all the fallen leaves off of my patio and swept the pine needles from 2 big pine trees in my front yard that were on my front porch-and they cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful, courteous and professional I highly recommend this company-great work and fair cost..

      3 step roofing did an exceptional job replacing my roof. They were very professional and proficient. I was also impressed by the clean up effort. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
