    I went to ************************** to order a sandwich, it stated that the Owensville Subway was included in the drop down menu for selection of restaurant location. It also accepted my ***** for my sandwich. My husband went to pick up the order and was told that there was no such order. He paid for another sandwich and came home and told me they couldn't find my order. I checked my bank records and they withdrew the money for the order. I contacted Subway and was told that they would refund my money , which they didn't. The following day I called to talk to the Manager, she was too busy, so was supposed to return my call, she didn't. I called the following day only to be told that you should only order from the app and not the online system and that they couldn't do anything about this. I am an older woman, and have done online orders before with other placed and have and have had no issues. If ordering online does not correspond to the Subway location with the correct order information and prepaid meal, it should not be offered on line. How many others have spend their money online and have not received their product. I stated that I had paid for my product and they are not willing to compensate me. again, if it doesn't work properly for online orders it should not be on their ************************** site. Its not the money, its the fact that they may be doing this to others as well as me, and just pocketing the money, which is criminal. Please check into this and provide me an answer. Their site is very misleading.

    Additionally they said to call their 877, which i did. It only refers you to their website n hangs up on you. No resolution received because there is no customer service representative to talk to.
