      On 3/5/2024, had ***************** install a new Water Heater in my home. He installed it directly on the floor with no catch basin underneath it. Unfortunately, I being a single elderly disabled woman, was not aware the water heater needed to be installed with the basin under it and NOT directly on the floor. I discovered this a couple months after the installation when my nephew came by. He was the one who informed me the water heater should not be on the floor in case of flooding in the basement! It should have been installed with a basin under it. So it would be up off the ground and not rust. I got the receipt out and tried calling ************. There were 3 phone numbers provided on the receipt and only one phone number was a working phone number! I called that phone number and it did say I reached Boyds Plumbing. I called and left several messages about this and HE WILL NOT return ANY of my calls EVEN AFTER threatening to REPORT him to BBB and ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!
