      Mickey duckett was dishonest in listing a moped as like new when in fact it has two flat tires, no battery, major rotting in the fuel system and did not run or start at all.

      First of all, the item was listed as a **** moped with ****+ miles, it was Like New for being over 40 years old and the condition of the item was in above average condition.  The moped DOESN'T run with  a battery, and the seller stated that it ran the last time it was used.  It is common place to need to do minor repairs on something that is over 40 years old.  It was NEVER advertised as "Item Runs"

      Second, when the Buyer registered to bid and then also before placing bids, they had to agree to our terms and conditions which stated "Items sold As Is, Where Is and No Warranty Expressed Or Implied".   They also had an opportunity to view the item prior to the end of the auction or at the very least could have contacted us to ask questions on the item, and they were also encouraged to do so, as was also stated in our terms and conditions.  They agreed to those terms and conditions TWICE and NEVER contacted us to ask questions regarding the item.
