Got my oil changed in my ****** back in march when the dealer didn't have any openings. Went to the dealer May 23, 2023 for the next oil change and Go Automotive put the drain plug on so tight the dealer couldn't get it off so they recommended I go back to Go Automotive and make them own and fix their mistake. They fixed their mistake and put a new drain plug on. They put the wrong drain plug on now my car is leaking oil from the drain plug. My car has never leaked oil. Now I have to replace the drain plug and get yet another oil change. They have cost me over $150 at this point all for simple oil change because they cannot do a simple task. I dont know how they have any good reviews. If they cant change oil correctly I would never ever trust them to do anything else. I am very very irritated. This has been a huge waste of my ********* spouses time and money going through all this.

We changed Ms. **********'s oil in March of 2023 and she called in May asking us to remove a drain plug that the local Subaru dealer could not remove. We happily agreed to do so - not an issue. When the vehicle arrived, the drain plug was rounded off from the technician who attempted to remove it at Subaru. We were able to remove and replace the drain plug. Ms. ********** had a small oil leak a few days later and we were hit with multiple negative online reviews regarding the situation. We have reached out to Ms. ********** multiple times to remedy the situation. We understand that she does not trust us, but we would like to inspect the issue to make sure nothing else is going on that needs attention. At this point, we aren't sure what she is wanting from us. We have offered to pick up the vehicle, to reimburse her for the oil she purchased and brought to us to change her oil, and to ultimately fix whatever issue she now has with her drain plug. We have only had one other negative BBB review in 14 years and it was resolved. We understand that she is out time and money, but we aren't sure what else to do if she won't let us resolve the issue.

We spoke with Ms. ********** over the phone. We are refunding the labor for her previous oil change along with the cost of the oil and oil filter she purchased for her next oil change where the drain plug will be replaced. As of now, both parties are satisfied as far as we know.
