This company has had my truck for 3 1/2 years, Every repair they**;ve done has not worked. I picked it up on 5/15 and it still leaks, the steering is wrong, the lights came on and there are other issues. They**;ve told me in the past they have worked on things and I find out they didn**;t really do it or wasn**;t done correctly. I have paid them over $1500 for the repairs. During the time they**;ve had my truck, they also had my Mini ****** and that wasn**;t repaired correctly.Business Response

** ******** claims her truck [ 2003 Hummer H2 ] has been at our
shop for 3 1/2 years. Not so. We have been servicing and repairing her vehicle over the last 3
1/2 years. The truck was not here continuously for the last 3 1/2 years. ** ******** claims,
without any description or work order numbers that "Every repair they've done has not
worked"
All repairs have been done correctly, and they include, Invoice # *******, 04-04-2023, for a
steering gear, rebuilt instrument cluster and both wiper blades, a new windshield, and all
working correctly. Invoice # *******, 05-12-2023, for a ****** arm and a blower resistor, all
working correctly.
Approximately 1 /12 years ago, at no charge at all to ** ********* we spent considerable time
and effort to repair numerous water leaks around the doors, sunroof, and HVAC housing. When
asked on several occasions over the last year or so, if there were any more leaks, ** ********
happily said there were none, that is until the heavy rain and flooding we experienced in this
area just over a week ago.
** ******** claims "they also had my Mini ****** and that wasn't repaired correctly". No
repair order number, date, or description of "incorrect" repair, just an unsubstantiated
accusation.
** ********* claims and accusations are all incorrect and completely unsubstantiated.
Furthermore, ** ******** wants a refund, of which NONE will be coming.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I do agree exclusive auto didn't have my truck for 3 1/2 years the whole time but the problems on the truck NEVER were done correctly. It was always made to have it returned to do something else. I dropped off my truck on 12-21-21 brought in the module to fix the dash I dropped off 2 additional modules because they weren't sure about the 1st one. I need the truck to not draw the battery dead. In order to get the truck I put a brand new battery in and told them to disconnect it or it will draw it. Phone call after phone call I always got the same answer "were working on it". I have included pictures of the invoice for 4-4-2023 #******* paid the $1856.64 when I finally said I need my truck just to pick it up only to pull out onto the hwy and have all the dash lights go off and a constant ding because the censors were freaking out. Also I had asked them to stop the leaking in my truck which didn't happen at this time, I had googled the problems about the truck and asked if that could be it and the answer was, we've done it we have worked on hummers before. 2-3-2024 I took pictures to show that the water leaks were still there. Because the battery was drained once again I made arrangements to drop the truck back off only to have them tell me the ****** arm was what caused the censors to go off so they put on and added a blower motor to it on 5-12-2023 Invoice # ******* paid $487.29 On 6-19-2024 I purchased a blower motor and hydro-boost for my truck at this time my son put that in just to have the fan continue to blow so it had to be disconnected so the battery wouldn't drain, had to take it back actually met *** and changed cars and he took the truck. At one point they Tried to sell me a new battery but I told them I had a new one in it when I dropped it off. This has been a back and forth nightmare with my truck still having the dash lights flash and the steering wheel not lined up after they had messed with it. *** tried to get my radio fixed which I appreciateit that took several trips so I'm told only for him to say he thought he had found the draw on the batter it was the light in the glove box. my glove box is now broken. On 5-15-2025 my son and I picked up the truck My son drove it home only to tell me the truck was not working correctly the lights flashed and the steering wheel was not set correctly. On 5-16-2025 I went into the office to speak with *** he wasn't there I asked **** how could he after all this time let me take that truck in that condition??? she said I don't know. I guess because when we called to ask if the truck was running I was told it was and it does run but with flashing lights, bells ringing and the steering wheel was off and the first rain the front of the truck when I opened the door on the passenger side and water came pouring out.
As far as the Mini ****** I took it in on 4-1-2022 because the keys wouldn't work is invoice ******* ***** control switch which reprogrammed news module fixed the key recognition and found the clutch master cylinder bad $421.36 it worked till 4-22-2022 when I couldn't get the car to start they then replaced the clutch master cylinder invoice 1008449 $379.31 the car started and ran but the heater always blew hot air even when it was off and the radio still played after you turned the car off you would have to turn it off manually.

To Whom It May Concern,
We are happy to rely to the latest message from Ms. ********* We will restate the facts as they appear on the repair orders referred to on our first response, and very briefly. The original instrument cluster did not work at all and was replaced with a remanufactured unit. The replacement unit that now works is able to now show any and all warnings and or defects that the vehicle has. Replacing the cluster does NOT mean that any of those unknown problems that now appear are suddenly fixed. They were not know until a working cluster was installed. ******** also claims when opening a passenger door and water came pouring out, but clearly not from the interior of the vehicle or ******** would have stated so. Furthermore, numerous leaks were repaired for ******** at NO CHARGE. Please refer to our first response about this matter. There are numerous problems with ********** vehicle, and we are NOT responsible for any of them, other than the actual repairs made shown on repair orders. Please refer to our first response, for any and all queries and questions concerning this matter. This matter is now CLOSED.

Paid to have transmission replaced they had my car for a year I paid 3200 in advance didn’t fix my car my attorney made them return my car to me and they have lied to me for a year I want my money backBusiness Response

On 8-2-2021 we replaced the transmission in Mr. ****'s car, a 2005 Mercedes Benz CLK500 with a good used unit, and a new Air Flow Meter. On 10-15-2001, due to a transmission fluid leak, we replaced the transmission again with another good used unit under warranty at no charge to ****. On 11-18-2021 we replaced and programmed the transmission control unit with a new unit purchased from the Mercedes Benz dealer in Springfield MO. **** paid for the repair. On 11-30-2021, we replaced the transmission front pump seal, which **** paid for. All work done on Mr. ****'s car was done in a professional manner. Nobody can know when or if used parts will fail, and we accept no responsibility for their failure. Now, after a year and a half, and after the warranty has long since expired, Mr. **** wants a refund. No refund of any kind will be given. Mr. **** requested all documents related to this matter, and they were all forward to him. This matter is now closed.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
My car was never fixed as promised he had my car for one year then drops it off in my driveway still not working he has lied to me numerous times about my car I paid in full for everything. I called him at least 250 times in that year and always same excuse it’s about done. After leaving it in my driveway it had not been fixed 1st gear was out I towed it to the dealership and the said the transmission was completely junk and they have had to fix a lot of that company’s repairs for costumers
