      I got a car wash on April 13, 2023 and paid $20. The car wash then charged my card ***** on April 21. On May 21, June 21, July 21, August 21, Sept 21, Oct 21, Nov 21 and Dec 21 they charged my card *****. I am a senior citizen (81 years old) and had some major health issues in 2023. I wasn't watching my credit card as closely as I should have. It was very difficult getting any information from the car wash - they don't answer phone calls. My credit card company blocked any further charges and refunded the November and December charges. The car wash refuses to refund ANY money. I Did not sign a contract and Did not use the car wash after the initial April 13 purchase. This car wash is nothing but a fraud and a scam - they don't even provide a decent car wash.
