Invoice dated 11/27/2023. Purchase of 3 auto lifts including installation. Lifts installed on 12/21/2023.First issue: the installer did not bolt the lifts down to the concrete floor. Invoice $ *********, thereof $2,100.00 for installation. Invoice is fully paid for. ***** used to store cars. I put cars on the lifts and in middle of March I discovered that the hydrolic **** and around the hose is leaking hydrolic oil on two of the three lifts. I wrote them an email on March 25th. to inform them of the issue. After many emails and phone calls they admitted that they should send their technician to fix the lifts. On July 18th. the service agent said he would contact the technician and get back to me. I have not heard anything back. I did send them an email today and told them I was preparing a complaint to you and very likely we will get my lawyer involved as well. This is a safety issue, that we consider serious, as the lifts hold heavy cars. Therefore we have not been able to use the lifts. And now the warranty period is about to expire. Maybe thats what they are waiting for?Customer Answer

Company:ChampionAutoLift.com ************************************************************ Representative: ******, ************ (cell) ********************************* Product: FP8000 Lift (*****************************************************)5/22/23 Order placed over the phone with $1,000 deposit by Credit Card.5/31/23 Lift Delivered; paid balance of $3838.85 by check. Invoice 6748.(Invoice Attached: Invoice.jpg)After assembly, I noticed that the runways of the lift are somewhat concave. (Photo: Concave Runways.jpg)I have a friend who purchased the identical lift a few months prior and the runways on his lift are flat.(2 Photos: Friend's Lift 1.jpg and Friend's Lift 2.jpg)I assume that the concave runways on my lift are the result of shipping damage. The way the lifts are packaged for shipment, I can understand how the runways could be damaged if the packaged lift was mishandled.(Photo: Packaged Lift.jpg)****** was VERY responsive and answered all of my questions before the lift was delivered. For the last week, however, he has not responded to my texts or emails. Calls go to voicemail with a Mailbox is full message. The runways must be replaced because they may be structurally compromised. Im concerned about strength and safety. The runways must be replaced or they can pick up the lift for a full refund.******************* *************************************************************************** ************ *********************Customer Answer

The lack of communication was because of extenuating circumstances. The amount of flex in the lift runways evidently is normal, confirmed by *************************, owner, who has been very responsive. The issue has been successfully resolved. I would like to withdraw the complaint.Initial Complaint

In Jan 2022 at the ******* ******* car show I spoke with ***** **** and put a $2000 deposit down on a car lift for My new house. We were Supposed to move in March. However due to supply chain issues we were unable to move in until May. With everything going on I didn’t realize that the ceiling line was lower than it was supposed to be to fit the lift. I called roughly 5 months later ,after the date of my deposit shortly after I moved in to see if I could get a refund due to the fact that the lift would no longer fit in the garage. I was told no. However the receipt for the deposit does not say all sales are final or no refunds allowed. In today’s economic situation and good business practice a refund of $2000 is what I’m looking for. I’m sure the company will sell the lift For more than what I was going to pay for it with inflation prices rising and still make the $2000 off of me which they won’t refund. I try to explain my situation and the lady who works for the company had no empathy or desire to hear my situation and refund my money.Business Response

This is in response to a complaint against Champion Auto Lift from ***** ***. This issue has been resolved and we have refunded *** *** his $2000 deposit. *** *** last spoke with ***** **** on 6/2/2022 stating that his house would be ready at the end of July. We received a call on Monday, August 22, 2022 from *** *** stating his ceiling height was too low for the lift that he purchased from us at the ******* ******* show in January. He asked for a refund by our owner, ***** *******. Mr. ******* agreed and I spoke with *** *** on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 to verify his credit card information to make sure there were no changes as he paid via credit card and in order to process the refund the card needed to be verified. *** *** verified that no changes made on his card number or expiration date. I processed the $2000 refund on his card same day. *** *** was happy with resolution. He was sent a copy of the refund to his email.Initial Complaint

I purchased a lift from champion auto lifts when they had a stall at the ******* ******* auto show in Scottsdale at a cost of $4145 along with a set of 48 inch aluminum approach ramps at additional cost of $260. When the lift was delivered and installed by champion auto lifts they did not have the aluminum approach ramps and told me they would be in stock in around 3-4 weeks and they would be sending those to me soon. I made calls over the following months to the Tempe location and were told there had been a delay and then that the wrong size ramps came in and that there were now further delays. I understand that due to Covid there have been delays with many things but at this point i felt like I was getting the run around and on July 1st I asked to speak to a manager. They gave me the number for manager **** *****, I called **** and he told me that they still did not have the ramps in stock so I said to him that I have waited too long now and want the $260 for those refunded. **** agreed and asked me to send him a copy of my receipt which I did right away. I received no refund and heard nothing since then so I text **** on July 12th asking him to confirm that he received the copy of my receipt and he simply replied “received”. Again I did not receive my refund so I sent a text to **** on July 25th he replied to say that he would ship asap, I replied to say “ I assume you mean ship the check for the refund”. **** immediately called me and confirmed that we had agreed on a refund, he also text the same day to confirm my address for the check. It is now August 5th and still no check. Today I text **** for an update and he said “let me follow up on it” and that “it should of been done”. I want my money refunded now and I have waited far too long. At this point it’s consumer fraud. I paid for something that the company have not delivered. A refund was agreed months ago and champion auto lift has not sent honored that agreement.Business Response
