  ??BUYER BEWARE??My husband and I bought a Class A Diesel pusher from 417 Coachworks (*****) The owner had posted on his page that it was in excellent condition, everything worked mechanically and engine. After buying, we had all of these problems that didnt work.. hydraulic jacks, air lines and air bags leaking, house batteries were bad (date on them was 2014), roof leaks, water leaks, sewer leak, ignition wouldnt shut off with the key, the ignition would turn on by itself(which was the biggest problem), inverter had problems, refrigerator was all busted up on the inside, tile was cracked leaving it unsafe to walk on, seals on slide outs were bad. And lots more things that shouldve been fixed before selling. We paid a premium price for this coach, we expected to have the after sale service but we did not receive any. We tried to trade it back in with the owner *****, he told us he couldnt afford to take it back and that we had to deal with it because he was going out of business. He had a ****** mile/12 month warranty, we bought and extended warranty as well. They used our warranty without our permission, ***** is frauding the warranty company by not fixing anything on the campers until someone buys it and then waits till the warranty kicks in. ***** is a very vulgar guy, he was rude to us after we wanted to get rid of the coach. He was cussing at me over text and then cussed at my husband over the phone. He threatened to write reviews on our business page(when weve never worked for him) and he threatened my father in laws business. He is not professional when there is something wrong. He sold us a bad camper, sold us extended warranty, didnt fix anything, and left us out to dry. Saying how hes closing his business, and now no contact with him. Would not recommend taking your business to him, he is not an honest man. We spent our whole life saving for this motorhome, and he took that experience away. All of his campers are repo/auctioned campers, we know now.

  You have failed to mention quite a few things in your review of your 2013 HR Ambassador that you bought on 10-24-2024 like; the list of things that you had for us to fix prior to you picking up your unit that we took care of, then after driving it for weeks you brought it back with yet another list of things that you wanted us to fix, which we happily did, the $544.37 check that we issued to your husband, **** on 1-8-25 for the replacement of batteries, the payment we made to ***************** on 2-26-25 for $2,433.80, which you and your husband, **** agreed that you would not be asking or expecting any more repairs from us. We also are refunding your extended warranty that you purchased like you asked us to do. Now 5 months later you are posting a review stating we "left you out to dry!" We have gone above and beyond to help you with your USED 2013 motorhome, although we would love for a 12-year-old unit to be perfect but unfortunately that's not realistic. We also had to stop communicating with the both of you due the lack of respect, inappropriate language and the threats from your husband, **** stating he was going to come to our place of business and "kick our A**" and "Ruin our business" with blasting of negative reviews. We are truly sorry you are unhappy with your unit that you purchased 5 months ago. We think that there is nothing more we can do to make the 2 of you happy with the purchase you made, short of taking your motorhome back in on trade like you have asked us to do several times through text for a cheaper unit due to your financial situation. Once again, we are sorry you are not happy with your decision to purchase a used motorhome out of your budget. We strive to make our customers happy and have an enjoyable experience. We are sorry you didn't have this experience.

  ***** and ****** were so great to work with! My husband and I were wanting to upgrade our old camper for something bigger and newer. The whole process was so easy and the financing was great. They even came in past business hours, which was the only time we could pickup our new camper to shows us how everything worked, and make sure we had everything we needed before we hit the road. Will definitely be back when we are looking to trade this one in!

  We bought a used coach from 417 Coachworks on June 2024. Flew in from out of state to pick it up. The staff was extremely helpful with our travel needs and was there for us when there were some unexpected issues. They did everything they could to make our experience wonderful and took care of all issues. ************************ and ***** were very professional and honest. We highly recommend this company for anyone in the market for their inventory. We love our new coach. Thank you 417 Coachworks.**** and *********************

  We bought a used handicap accessible Winnebago from 417 Coachworks last month. ***** and ***** were a pleasure to work with. We are new to RVing and had lots of questions that they answered. Once we got back to ** we had a minor issue that they reimbursed us for. I would purchase again from them.

  We actually bought 2 different coaches from 417 coachworks over a 6 mo period. The 1st an '05 holiday rambler ambassador. I backed into a stump and did some minor damage, so we took it to ***** to get repaired. Just for kicks we looked at a couple other HRs on the lot when we dropped ours off for repair. We saw a bigger, 4 slide endeavor and decided to trade. ***** made a helluva deal with us. We had problems with leveling system right away. They had no qualms with repairing it. 3 times in their shop with considerable time and money spent on their part to finally diagnose and repair. We are completely satisfied with them as far as standing behind what they sold. Very apologetic over the problems we had, and constantly reassured they would take care of any problems we might find.

  Awesome! My husband and I were looking to trade in our old camper for something new and they made it so easy. They went above an beyond to show us how everything worked on what we chose and the financing was easy! We will def be back when we are looking to upgrade again!! Thanks!

  I had a great experience buying my first camper from them! They took the time to walk me through how everything works, stayed late after close to make sure I was all set up (I had a lot of questions!), and even helped me figure a few things out after I had purchased. I couldn't be happier!! 5 stars, will definitely use them in the future :)
