NO STARS IF I COULD. Ran my credit without my approval on a car that I know nothing about and then lied to me and said I approved it via email. I HAVE NEVER received an email! They never even told me what car that was! I wanted one specific car and I turned down the loan a week earlier because they wanted too much down. I have filed a complaint with ***!

Bought a used car from them. Within six weeks or so, and after putting ***** miles on it, the engine went bad. Come to find out they dont do any prep work before rolling a car out of the door. Their service department had the car for two weeks before they finally looked at it, only to tell me to tow it to the brand name dealership. The dealership looked at it and said that the car was almost ***** miles past an oil change, had metal shavings in the oil pan, and was 3.5 quarts of oil low. Oil light flickered on once or twice before we took it in the next day. i simply cannot imagine a dealership that cant do a cursory inspection of fluid levels to see if a vehicle is ready to drive. After calling I was told that unless my extended warranty covers this (which its not going to) I was out of luck. Part of their broad As Is, No Warranty policy. Now Im out $7,000 on a car I still owe $10,000 for and have owned for four months and ***** miles.

I have had the worst customer experience of any dealership I have ever been to over the last 8 weeks. My vehicle broke down in June, and we had it towed to James River Ford. We just drove 16hrs round trip to get it after a long 7 weeks of it being in the hands of their service department. Essentially, I had to file a complaint with the **** Customer Relations Team and create a case in order to get communication. All I kept hearing was were waiting on **** Engineering when Id call after no updates during a given week. Yet, **** Engineering has (3) business days to respond. Or, when I get the call that its ready to be picked up, but has a misfire still. Well, that sounds to me like it cant be picked up. But, I was offered spark plugs at $500. Meanwhile, you can buy Motorcraft Spark Plugs for $6.57 per plug, and boots are $7.50. Do the math, but thats a 43% margin at my cost - fully knowing the dealer gets the plugs and boots cheaper. I was told by the Service Manager that they had too much time into the truck that ***** ESP wouldnt pay for; yet its not my fault thats what was negotiated as part of that program. Customers buy it for a safety net, and my typical dealer where I purchased the truck from would have found a way to replace those as part of the overall work. $200 is not worth an unhappy customer who is driving ******* to get his truck. And the last item: my truck was dropped off with working cruise control and a front camera. Its now not working. So, I have an appointment scheduled with my local dealer now to get that looked at. You think I could have been told that prior to picking it up? Well, I wasnt until the Tech came out to adjust a setting for the side steps. Plain and simple, James River Ford wanted to wash their hands of the truck because of time invested, and they tried to make a quick buck with spark plugs. Luckily, someone approved a discount of 20% on those, but that doesnt make up for the awful experience.
