    Five months ago (4/19/24) I took my wifes Explorer in for an oil change at the Take 5 in *****. The (then) manager, *****, persuaded me to get everything done (air filter, cabin filter, etc). Since we were minutes away from going on vacation to **, I agreed. All said and done, I left and got the family (less than 5 minutes away). When we pulled out into the street from leaving our house, the air dam under the front of the vehicle fell off because it was not reinstalled correctly by the employee at Take 5 after the service was completed. I ran over it and it busted into pieces. I cleaned up the parts and drove directly to *****. He told me that he would order me a new part right away and would call when it was at the store. Fast forward past three phone calls to the store (2 unanswered and 1 where an employee was the only one working and he complained TO ME), and physically stopping at the store twice. ***** has since left that store so I was told by new manager, ******, that he would order my part (because apparently it had not been ordered). He took my information to call. Ive spoken to him in person since then and he has YET to call.
