    I have a 5 year warranty and the contractor ***************************** will not return my phone calls. My shingles were not installed to manufacture specifications. I have tried to file a warranty claim with paragon but no one will call me back.

    The customer Has called about labor warranty complaint, and I havent talked to him on the phone. We will only text because of our experience with *****************     where i tried to resolve small is***s that were beyond our control, and was met with hostility, and was extorted to pay him an excessive amount before he would pay us the total.   I did tell the customer sense he has a complaint with the Shingle manufacture, we need to wait to see what their evaluation is. ***************** does not want to wait for their response. I have sense turned his roof into our liability insurance because he is claiming faulty workmanship and threatening to *** us. . We have not seen or heard any information of the roof other than what ***************** has claimed. Although he did send photos during a heavy wind that could clearly see a shingle malfunction, not workmanship, that the shingle manufacture needs to deal with.  The customer has a 5 year warranty against leaks that *** occur, it is not a manufactures warranty.

    We will be happy to fix any is***, but we want to see full reports from a professional inspection. Also, because of ******************* previous actions, we request a ********* be present during any transaction, conversation, work, etc.

    ***************************** will not respond to phone calls or text messages.  I have tried many times to contact him regards installation issues.  I had one appointment and he canceled the day of our appointment.  I spoke with the ***** ***************** and he stated that *********************** told him he was trying to get out of this deal. ******************** company forgot to put nails in the shingles on the edge of my dormers.  This is why in a wind storm they blew up. No nails.  Thus is why I sent him those photos.  Additionally the whole ridge cap is not nailed down correctly.  I hired a roofer named ***************************** 18 years experience and paid him $200 to come and inspect my roof.  I have documented all the issues we have found and they were sent to ***************************** by photo text.  Issues like when his compressors didnt have enough power to fully drive the nails all the way down and his employees entered my shop without permission and hooked up to my air  compressor to get enough air pressure to do there work.  The low air pressure left nails sticking up in places.  If could have talked to *****************************  I could of explained that his employees didnt caulk the vent, 26th row up on north west side shingle has no heads on nails in the entire shingle, ***** row shingles all nails blew through shingle, 8th row no nail in east half of shingle, dormers south edge wasnt nailed,  multiple places nails have pulled through.  This inspection was done before the wind event.  The small issues to ***************************** I guess were bigger to me and my family.  ***************************** company damaged my gutters horribly, busted my dryer vent, damaged my soffit, got roof tar on my newly painted house and sidewalk, and left trash all over my property.  My family and I had to go pickup plastic in our field due to his employees reckless and careless behavior.  This plastic could of killed my registered angus cattle.  *********************** agreed to pay for  the gutter repairs and some of the other damages listed above including a fee for air compressor rental.  I am concerned my house could be damaged with the shingles not installed properly and that this could of voided my warranty with ***** Corning.I have wanted and offered many dates and times by text and voicemail to meet and schedule a visit to look at all the many installation issues firsthand hand by *****************************.  But I new could get any response.  I have sent many photos documenting everything from nails sticking up to shingles with no nails to vent with no caulk or tar.  I am simply requesting that *********************** address the install issues.  I would love to meet with ***************************** and go over everything with a *********.
