    Waited 2 weeks for this guy to show. Never even called. He is " NO GOOD".

    *************** was called on the 8th due to things out of our control we rescheduled him for today the 9th. He called Maytag and set the appointment up on the 3rd of February that is 6 business days not 2 weeks. He was out of warranty We do not see service calls until the day before. He never contacted us to see if we could move it up. I have proof of dispatch from Maytag.

    This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!! They will not call you back, they hang up on you and Maytag. Maytag scheduled them to come out and fix my washer at the end of May 2023, here it is the middle of October and still can not get ahold of them. Called "Service Today" out of ******** this morning, they came out within and hour and had it fixed. Save yourself the problem and call someone else!

    Typically not one to leave a bad review but this business is absolutely terrible. Will not call back. Seems they blocked my number after the last time I called irritated since we have been without a washer for over 2 months, they told me they had been on vacation and that when they could check on the part to see if it came in they would give me a call back. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Yes before i did leave a voicemail stating since they had not gotten back in response with me to let me know if they wanted the job or not. No calls, texts, voicemails or anything. I have left several voicemails and texts but no response. Today I called on another line and they answered and when I told them who i was they hung up and now I can no longer call on that number as well as it goes straight to voicemail. Before you waste your time do you due diligence and see if there are anyone else out there that would love to take your business. If I could leave zero stars I would.
