    I moved in to this with the card I was given in the mail. I only received 1 month free. Then charged me a $10.00 late fee. I always write down what is said. I was lied to about this movie in special. Want o be compensated for a free month and the late charge. I have called and left 3 messages with no response from them.

    We contacted the customer by phone regarding their complaint and made successful contact on July 13th. During the conversation, we processed a refund for the customer. The customer expressed satisfaction with the resolution and indicated that the negative reviews would be rescinded.
