    In September 2021 Available asphalt - per our agreement - excavated and laid an extended driveway for an RV and Pickup truck. They also were to reseal the existing driveway. We waited beyond the 3 days to drive on it- divets appeared immediately and have continued to do so. Upon our initial complaint a few small patches were placed. Divets continued to appear wherever and whenever a vehicle was parked on the "new area". Repeated calls to come and remove the area and redo it have been met with "yes we will soon" all to no avail. Now here we are a year later and we have heard nothing. A continued lack of action will result in legal action.

    At this point, we are just about out of good weather this year to correct this.  We will put you on the schedule to remove the section of the driveway and replace it and re-seal the existing driveway in the Spring at no cost to the customer.
