    I reached out for a post construction clean. After 3 weeks the owner finally got back to me and originally told me Dec 12th for the date and the price for a deep clean was $625 for my size house, 1500sf. I replied to the email that said the 12th was fine and didn't see that she had sent another email changing it to Wed Dec 11th. She texted me at 8:45am on Wed Dec 11th and said they were there to clean and the door was locked. I texted back that she had told me Thursday and she apologized and asked if today was still ok and I said I would run home and let them in. She sent a screen shot of the email thread showing the Wednesday date but there was no confirmation on my part that showed I had seen that, because I hadn't. I let them in at 9:15am and I got an alert from the doorbell cam at 11:30 that were leaving. I texted the owner and asked if a list of the things they did would be provided as I didn't see how they could DEEP CLEAN in 2 just a little over 2 hours. She told me they had been on the clock since 8:45 yet they couldn't even start cleaning till 9:15 when I got there. They didn't do a handful of things they marked down as doing and I even took pictures and video to show her. I told her I thought $625 was steep for what I actually got. There was still dust on dressers because they didn't want to move a ***** bear and some doors and windows weren't cleaned at all but marked as complete. The shower was partially done but you could see spots that had a hunk of dried soap that was never cleaned. I ran my fingers through the bathroom sink bowls and had a white film left on my fingers. She stopped responding to my messages and seemed hostile when I tried to say things weren't right and that I felt taken advantage of. She did offer to send someone back to clean the sliding door. But I feel like there is something in every room that needs to be cleaned still. She was going to refund me for the laundry room of $37 but I still haven't gotten that either.
