    On Feb. 21, 2024 I ordered and paid for a handmade table and two benches from North River Ridge. I used ****** to pay $600. He had said he would make the table and benches at cost for a non profit I volunteer for called Eden Village of ***********. He promised to deliver the table to us by our open house on May 10, 2024. I have several emails and messages where he provides excuses for why he was putting off getting the table to us with the last being an email sent in September saying he would get the table to us by the end of the month. Since then I have sent messages and emails and have gotten no reply. I have searched online and he is still "selling" custom made tables online through ******** marketplace in several cities in ********. I attempted to message him through one of those links but have yet to hear from him. I would like the table delivered or my $600 refunded.

    We took on this project as an opportunity to give back to a community that was in need. I was excited to donate my time. The customer paid for material and we agreed to donate labor for a dining room table to the non-profit organization. We dont set delivery dates with our customer because of the nature of our business. It is all custom made to order, size, and  material, and design. We always have a long back log of projects waiting. We did make multiple attempts to set deadlines for the customer to try and give them a better idea of when to expect it. Unfortunately we have been extremely busy and its taken us much longer than expected. We have started on the project and it is near completion. Due to the fact that it is a donation on the part of our labor and time, I am forced to work on the table in between other orders in my spare time. We still have every intention on delivery.

    Paid for a piece of furniture being built and North River Ridge never delivered.
