My husband picked up his tux on a Thurs. After he arrived home with it I noticed right away it was not the right color.I tried calling the store on repeat with no answer and couldnt leave a message due to the stores voicemail box being full.I was very busy with wedding stuff and had no time to waste but continued to keep calling for hours.Fri still very busy with wedding stuff but started calling right away. Finally someone answers and admitted to the mistake of marking J or Jade instead of emerald(just like the bridesmaid dress they took with them to color match and order the tuxes). She said she would have her boss call me back in 30 min.45 min.later after no call back I started calling again on repeat and still couldnt leave a voicemail. After a couple hours I finally get through and they said there was nothing they could do.The day of the wedding while the photographer is taking pictures of the first look there is a rip in the seam of the ****** pants.Time was wasted fixing that problem. The men couldnt wear their vest, bow ties or pocket squares due to them being the wrong color. We dropped off tuxes the following Tues and asked for them to make it right in some way.The girl said there was nothing she could do so I asked to talk to the owner. She asked us to wait and went to the back. She came back and said the boss was too busy to talk to us.I told her I was in no hurry and would just wait and that I thought it was rude and unprofessional she couldnt spare a few minutes to talk to us after spending almost a couple thousand dollars on renting tuxes. Then she comes out.She was rude and unprofessional the whole time. She said they dont always answer their phone because they dont have to and that their voicemail box is full because they never call anyone back. Then she goes on to tell us that it was our fault that the codes which are very important to them were put down wrong.I get it accidents happen but dont blame the customer for your mistake.Own it.Make it right.

So back at the beginning of 2024 I chose to buy my senior prom dress at Keenlys. During the first initial visit the employees were nice, but they were in no rush to help. The dress I bought cost $800 after alterations. The three things I needed altered were to tighten my straps, bigger bra cups, and it needed hemmed. The second time I came in to get my measurements, that was the last time I heard about/saw my dress till prom. Keenlys makes you wait till the week of your event to be able to pick it up. This wouldnt be a big issue if it wasnt for the lack of communication on their part. When I picked up my dress I was told to either pay $10 or leave a 5 star review to get my garment bag. After my experience I didnt feel the need to leave a 5 star review, but I did anyway. However, the night of prom made me delete my review immediately and leave a one star. My hemmed was completely torn, my straps were popping off the entire night, and my bra cups were simply tacked inside my dress and I could completely remove them from my dress (which was see through). I felt totally embarrassed and scammed. They finally replied to my review (5 months later) and practically blamed me for everything saying that my dress probably didnt fit and I didnt deserve to get my dress before anyone else. Also, they sent my cousin the wrong vest and tie colors for all of the groomsmen and family and try to blame her saying she picked the color out. They refused to provide any help or accommodation THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. After the wedding, my aunt tried to resolve the issue in store and the gave her a measly $150 to cover the 6 vest and 6 ties that were the wrong color. They are rude, selfish, unprofessional, and have no desire to admit when they are wrong. Specifically the owner and her daughter are disgusting and ugly hearted people. Never have I seen a business react in such a way, I hope they learn their ******* A bridal/formal store I would recommend is Mimis bridal.

We are deeply sorry for your experience here.  Maddie, you called us many, many times about your dress. I cant push your dress ahead of others just because you want to be first.  I didnt see your review until I saw your cousins because you left a book of a review.  I can post what I said from the ****** review here, and I didnt blame you or your cousin for any of these mistakes.  Some mistakes are out of my hands and the issue with the vest and ties was exactly that.  I was in the emergency room all day Friday, and my employee relayed the message too late. (Yes, our fault). The posters in the tux room relay that you must let us know before Thursday before 4:00pm for any problems that you may have. Your cousin not telling us in time before Friday, their fault.  I would never resort to calling people names as you have done, and do wish you peace.  I am a person, not a company, and sometimes we make mistakes.
