      I gave Joe Niggemann the owner cash to put in a new 4 ton AC unit in my home in Goose Creek Mo.. April 2024 he made promises and set up times to come do the job...never showed or CALLED !! I'm an elderly lady with health issues and needed the new unit before the heat of summer set in... I asked for a refund after 5 months he promised to refund my money and has never refunded it!! He refuses to take my calls and doesn't answer my texts!! I really thought he was a good guy he had done work for me before so I trusted him.. bad mistake he ripped me off I'm on a fixed income and he took my money and will not refund it!! He lies about everything it's heart breaking.. to this day September 25 he has not reached out to give me back the money he owes me!! I do not recommend doing business with this man or his Company!! There is nothing but empty buildings at the address so he's a Grifter!!!!

      Don't trust this guy. *** was supposed to be a friend for over 20 years. I paid for a 2 ton outdoor unit and he never got it for me. I kept calling him for over a year about it and he always had some lame excuse. So if he will steal from a supposed friend what do you think he will do to someone he doesn't know. *** your a *******.
