    I had 2 units in my 116 year old house. This past July, one unit bit the dust permanently. The remaining unit continued to run, but was 20-22 years old. Justin arrived from Schomburg to evaluate the situation, and after a lengthy and thorough investigation concluded I should probably start from scratch with 2 new units. I concurred, but decided to add 2 mini-splits to more remote parts of the house. Justin and his two assistants, Brian and Colton, spent 4 days meticulously installing the new units, and the result has been great: No more hot and cold spots in the house, and all units working and very adjustable. The crew were polite, conscientious, attentive to detail, and never slacked off except to take a lunch break. They explained exactly what they were doing, and why. And they cleaned up as they were going along. The initial work has been expensive, but there will be rebates on the purchase. The secretary in the Schomburg office, Morgan, was helpful in explaining this and sorting out the necessary itemized paperwork. Costs are soon expected to rise in the industry, so now was the ideal time to get old equipment replacements. Thank you, Schomburg (Morgan, Justin, Brian, and Colton) for not hurrying through the job, and making sure all the details were covered. 5/5 Stars!! -L.C.L.
