      Great company!!! they just going to tell you what you want to hear when you buying a machine, they will tell you that their machines cam with 7 years of warranty, but they won't tell you that you can only use the warranty if you pay a certificate technician the one will charge you $500 per hour, o they can offer you 100 years of warranty (Useless)any way very few people will use it.they will also offer technical support but they only have 2 technicians and they will be always busy because that's what happen when you sell lemons you will have a lot of call from unsatisfied clients. I'm a unsatisfied client and I won't recommend them.

      They are really friendly and provide the best service.If you are not familiar with embroidery machines or want the highest quality We recommend the swf embroidery machine.The quality is much better than the melco ****** I have and the service provided by the company is the best.Stitch It International shipping is also top notch.Other brands only deliver, but here, experts come and provide direct delivery and friendly training.I bought a KX series 6 head here this time Will be repurchasing.Thank you for making it a great experience. !!

      Stitch It did for me what another brand did not - they replied to my email. I have owned 3 different machines and never once have the techs not been there for me. Never once have I ever waited for assistance. I am currently running the new KX model and the team has been very helpful in my multiple calls to set up the machine, link to the wifi - and learn how to use the transfer software - SWNS - Which I love by the way. And this new auto tensioning system - OMG! such beautiful stitch quality! Thank you Stitch It - you all are amazing!

      I was very happy with the quick and helpfulness of all the employees that were involved. I was in a bind when my 6 head went down and they helped me make the right decision to get me back up and running. The tech that came to the shop was very helpful and we felt very confident when they left that we had made the right decision. They had answered every email and phone call I made and when I did have to wait for a response it usually came quickly. I will be purchasing more equipment from them in the near future!

      I was VERY happy with the service here, it was affordable and the service was very attentive. ****** was a true professional with a gentle manner and bright smile to all his customers.
      I would highly recommend this location for the suburb expertise & customer service!!

      From our first inquiry to purchase to delivery to training, this is a FIRST CLASS company. ******, our salesperson, helped us with so much patience and help without pressuring ** and really advocating for us to get the best product to fit our unique business. The sales staff was outstanding (***** IS AMAZING!). They helped ** find the accessories and supplies we needed to get started confidently. This isn't a "buy and drop" deal here, it's a company that cares about how the product interacts with your personal workflow. We've named our SWF/KX-**** ****** and I know she and StitchIt will be an important part of the family business for years to come. We were *********** to several trade shows before buying and I can say - don't hesitate to speak to the folks here - they are the BEST.
