    I have been waiting on my refund from a previous complaint. I will take this business to small claims court if o do not receive my refund within the next 10 business days.

    we have tried several times to get our transmission back so we can process the refund and have been told the unit is still in the truck and will not be pulled out until we return the original core that we have never received  back either but  we are going to refund the original price of trans ******* plus ***** core plus tax in the amount of  $1337.98  and she can keep the trans that is still in her truck for her core and have this taken care of

    Purchased a transmission in June 2024. Yanceys has sent 3 defective transmissions. I have not had my vehicle since June. I have requested a refund and have not received any response from them.
