    I am rejecting this response because: I took it in for was to have glow plugs replaced. We happened to break one off when trying to change them ourselves and decided to take it to Harolds to be done professionally. We drove the car there and it drove just fine there. They managed to Break the other three which I understand it happens. However in the process of getting them out Harold had a mechanic work on my car that took parts off my car that didn't need to be taken off and the guy put them back in wrong and Harold had to YouTube how to put it back together and after I called and talked to him he told me that he is not sure if this guy did anything else to my car. There was nothing else wrong with my car before I took it there. There was not even a check engine light in. It Drove just fine and now it won't even start. Harold told me that it started one time after they changed the glow plugs but now it won't start. There has to be something else that has happened to my car and it needs to be fixed. If he is not able to figure it out then maybe he should send it to a shop that can figure it out. This isn't fair to the customers that trust him to do a job.

    help on this matter. I would love my car back running. It is paid off and since I had to buy a new car and put myself in debt by getting a loan, I would like to be able to sell it or the new one to try and pay some of it off.

         The vehicle has a lot of miles on it, it needs and engine as it is simply worn out! I can not work miricles on this kind of problem the engine can be replaced if you are wanting to go that route. I have put 1000.00 of my time and parts to try to get it but it’s  not going to run like it is. The turbo is out as well! I am not responsible for all the miles that the car has on it I never seen the car until it’s was brought to me it was running when she pulled it seems to be the drum beat she stays on but I’ve seen It before and they stop where they stop be it in the shop or on the road some where! If you want a price on an engine no problem but it’s at your expense not mine! We just finished  a 5.3L and it was 8500.00  so be ready for the pricing  everything  has gone through the roof! Thanks
