    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

     

    I find the Company  Response not  to be completely true. The only thing that is true is that I can only communicate by Flip-phone only.  He came back June 6, 2024 to seal the driveway again. I had to call him three times before he show up.  I would still like to get my $650.00. I would like for this business to stop making false claims on how I respond to him.

    We have been working with *** for several years and performing the same exact services and products to clean and seal her driveway and back patio. Sept 2021, July 2023 and Jun 2024. We have always had a good relationship with her can communication. She doesnt use email so phone call communication is what she prefers. This year she called beginning of spring to set up her appointment to clean and seal her driveway and back patio. We set up a date early May. If you review the weather in ****************** during that time we had an an influx of rain all throughout May- June and some in July lately. Our schedule books three weeks in advance as soon as the season starts March 1st and unfortunately didnt foresee the weather was going to be that bad with the rain. When it comes to sealing products we will not apply the sealer if there is rain forecasted within a ***** hour period to avoid any complications during the drying process. So I understand her frustration that we had to reschedule a couple of times but we fully communicated to her the best we could. We pride ourselves on showing up to our scheduled appointment on time and if we can any changes we call and contact them. I know for sure I did not No Show like she is stating that happened. Ive worked with her many of times and always been on time and never had any issues . Not sure why she is saying that. There was a hard time getting her rescheduled due to the rain and our busy schedule that books up so we were working her in the best we could. The job was completed on June 6th and at that time we had no issues with her. She never expressed she was unhappy with the dates or rescheduling. Until we got this complaint. Now she is calling us aggressively and making complaints online saying we ruined her driveway and we dont know what we are doing.
