      I was paying for an extended warranty through car shield/ auto shield. I went to work one day and my car wouldn't start So I called the mechanic who previously worked on my car to me buying it. He had it towed to his shop while we made a claim through my car. Shield extended car warranty service and my car set outside his shop because. He was waiting to get paid from. Carshield because my engine had internal failure. And I needed a new one. So he ordered me ohe was paid for his work and my engine. On February 8th, it is now February 20th, and he has verbally promised me A. &. Promise me in a text message that My car would have already been done, but it has not been done. And now he is refusing to work on it. I have issued him a deadline by which my car is to be completed and if not completed for him to provide a refund. He completed my car after being fully paid and now will now give me my keys. He says I still owe him money. I have proof he's been paid in full.

      We have been dealing with ******* ****** who refused to pay a $500 deductible for repairs covered by her ******************** she has been has been uncooperative, demanding repairs without proper authorization and causing delays in the process. I have documented evidence of payments and communications  (see attached), and signed documents. The owner had to involve law enforcement to remove her boyfriend from the property due to harassment. If she or her boyfriend continues to make false claims and allegations about Auto Tech of PB LLC, the owner is prepared to take legal action against them.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
      The people who were supposed to fix my car are lying. I had to involve law enforcement to receive my car back from this mechanic. He had my boyfriend trespassed from his property when I went to go pick up my car so that my boyfriend could not call him out on his lies because ******* did not replace my engine he left my old engine in my vehicle and didn't even bolt the bolts back in I had to hand tighten them when I made it home with my vehicle. I have proof along with carshield having proof that ******* delayed my repairs for 2 months because he is technology illiterate and so is his wife. I will continue my action with suing him and small claims court because on multiple occasions myself and my boyfriend had to leave work early to try to convince ******* to do my repairs on my car he made us lie to car shield so that he could get paid and then refused to work on my vehicle. I will see you in court *******.

      I have paid the mechanic for the amount owed and I have yet to receive my vehicle. It has been several months since my vehicle has been paid. I can not get a response as to where my vehicle is, he will not pick up the phone.

      I would like to get my car back.

      We have completed the repair, putting the car back together.  We told her that the computer is not working.  We put the computer in the car.  We took the car to the dealership for reprogramming.  The dealer couldn't make the repair.  We asked if we could take it to another dealership--and she said yes.
