    I took my car in to get the tork converter replaced and was charged almost 1000.00 to have it done. They never replaced the tork converter and in the process broke my oxygen sensor. I picked my car up from them and paid them on 05/25/23 and already took it to another mechanic to diagnose the problem and was informed that my tork converter needed to be replaced. I have another appointment scheduled with that other company to have it fixed. I want the money I paid to have this fixed returned as they did not do the work. When I spoke to the so called manager he told I would never see a dime back. This place did nothing but rip me off and cause more damage to my vehicle. I expect a refund and I am filing a complaint with the State Of Missouri regarding this.

    MRS. ****** CAME TO MY SHOP WITH THE COMPAINT THAT HER TORQUE CONVERTER WAS GOING OUT AND SHE NEEDED IT REPLACED. SHE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT HER LIFTERS MAKING NOISE AND NEEDED THOSE REPLACED ALSO. WE DIAGNOSED MRS.******* LIFTER ISSUE AS SHE DIDNT NEED LIFTERS. THE NOISE SHE WAS HEARING WAS FROM HER INJECTORS PULSING. SHE DID HOWEVER NEED HER TORQUE CONVERTER REPLACED. WHEN MRS. ****** DROPPED HER VEHICLE OFF SHE STATED IT WAS NOT A RUSH JOB AND THAT WE COULD WORK IT IN WHERE WE COULD. THIS WAS ON THURSDAY THAT SHE DROPPED IT OFF. WE STARTED WORK ON THE CHARGER THAT FOLLOWING MONDAY AND FINISHED THAT TUESDAY MORNING. MRS. ****** CALLED COMPAINING AND CURSING MY MECHANICS OUT MULTIPLE TIMES BETWEEN FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND TUESDAY MORNING. WE MADE HER AWARE OF THE CONVERSATIION THAT WE HAD THURDAY WHEN SHE DROPPED IT OFF. YET SHE STILL INSISITED ON CALLING AND COMING TO THE SHOP CURSING MYSELF AND ALL MY MECHANICS OUT EVEN MECHANICS THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I HAVE RECIEPTS FROM WHERE WE PURCHASED THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND WE ALSO HAVE RECIEPTS FROM WHERE WE SENT THE CORE BACK IN.
