      Scammers. I went in 2 weeks ago. Ordered replacement dentures and they had me pay half that day which was $1289.00 on the classic denture. First off that is what more expensive than the advertised. I was desperate for a set as fast as possible. I was told that the set would be ready in 7-10 days. I call today 14 days later. Was told they have a wax mold but there are other steps and appointments I need to complete before they can be made. I guess we will see if they refund like they advertise since nothing else has been true!

      Took my daughter to aspen dental in ******, **. They told me she had gingivitis, needed her teeth cleaned and had multiple cavities. They wanted me to pay $300 up front after that visit and they would schedule her for 3 separate appointments. One or the gingivitis cleaning, then the regular cleaning and then the fillings. Took her to a local dentist today NOT affiliated with Aspen Dental and it was determined that she does NOT have gingivitis and she has absolutely NO cavities. Aspen dental is a joke and nothing but a scam. I have documentation and xrays from her new dentist proving that her mouth is healthy and no cavities and will be taking this scam of a dentist office to a lawyer.

      I made an appointment on a Thursday after a chunk of my tooth fell out. The appointment was for 10:30am on Friday. I drove the 30 minutes to the appointment, was early so waited in my car until 10:30, noticing that on two sides of their building are huge signs saying Emergency and walk ins welcome. So it was even more disheartening to be told by the receptionist that my appointment was booked through an out of state company and would not be honored, but I could come back in 18 days.
