    I went in for an appointment that the office had scheduled for me yet when I showed up they refused to see me. They refused to let me speak to the office manager or provide me with a work note but I ha to take off work for the appointment and I am at risk of losing my job if I don&#**;t provide documentation that I had an appointment today.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    When the receptionist told me that I refused my scheduled appointment I told her it was not true. I explained to her what happened and informed her of my upcoming appointment. I informed her I needed to see the nurse and was told I couldn't and the nurse said she isn't giving me any days off. I was baffled at the response. I asked again if I could see her and was told no. When my *** comes back I could see her. The *** came back and I was still not allowed to see the doctor. I received a phone call saying they are referring me to a neurologist. I said I need to see the doctor and was told there is nothing she could do.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: Although it is understood about the hippa compliance, that is not my complaint. My complaint still remains I was refused to be seen. Tinsley clinic has taken over my first injury case and has not seen not contacted me informing of what was going on. They never informed me as to why I was being referred to a neurologist nor did they allow me to address my concerns with my ongoing  pain. Even though I had a scheduled appointment I was refused to be seen. I was also told there is nothing else the nurse practitioner could do. She took over the first case and never even informed me that she excepted the case. I'm now in the dark about everything because I am not being seen to discuss my chief complaints.

    On todays visit the Nurse Practitioner answered the questions as best as she could. My complaint is complicated, She did finally see me today so it's ok. I should have never had to take it to this level. Thank you.
