    So I went to Hardees on 8-16-2024, bought my meals their soda machines didnt work, so we paid for a meal, and got nothing to drink! They didnt offer to give us something to drink from their window soda machine, or offer to discount our meals because they didnt have anything for us to drink. Then Im sitting at the table with my family already flustered because I paid for something we didnt get, and the cashier starts talking about handicapped people and how they can get a job if they can hold a sign. Thats horrible, you dont talk about someone be grateful you have a job with the world we live in today. The employees were cussing like sailors. The lobby stunk so badly and they were just standing around, I was so appalled. I called the manger to speak with him, he gave me some joke story about the soda machine still didnt offer to fix the issue with me paying for my drinks, told him about the employees and he got smart with me and told me. When I told him I was counting the BBB. I dont know who own this store but it is gross the customer service to the stink. I can assure you I will be telling others and making there aware. I was treated very poorly and to hear them talk badly about a public they service is horrible. They dont know that persons life and to have someone pay for drinks then not get them. Worst place to go in ************ mo, I will let others know not to waist their time, energy or money.

    I am very sorry you had a bad experience in my restaurant. We had a terrible time with the floor drains on that day. I am sorry my employees did not fill your drinks from the drive thru soda machine. I am also very sorry about the language from my employees. We do not condone that at all. As for the smell in the dining room. That could have been because of the floor drains not draining properly. I would gladly refund your order of $26.84. Just go by the restaurant and ask for *********************.
