    06/01/214 I went to Taco John&#**;s for some food. I was given cold food during my first order, to which they took it back. They delivered it the second time and it was still cold. After the third time they delivered it it was still cold and now missing food items. I tried asking for my money back to which they said they could not do anything till monday and that I either take that or get nothing. Today on 06/03/24 I called to try to get my refund and they are claiming I threw my food, refused my order to which none of that is accurate.

    This order was for 6 tacos and 2 med potato ****.  The customer ate 3 tacos and 1 of the potaotes. we remade the order two more times which still didn't satisfy her. She threw the order on the counter and demanded it remade as well as her money back for the entire order. After the third time, her screaming at the team members working, her male companion urinated all over the mens restroom that had just been cleaned.( no other customers were in the building so it was obvious who did it, he was the only one to use the restroom) we decided we had done all we could. She then called the police, called a complaint into the health ***** called a compaint into our corporate office and now to you. She called me three times the next business day telling me she didn't "recieve"her order because she left it there. She has posted on FB, on a community page on FB. We truly tried to make this right.
