      They said they were going to pick up our trash and they did not do it. We have 3 weeks worth of trash. Jan. 8th is the last time they picked up our trash. The week before Christmas and the week after Christmas they did not pick up our trash. Our road has been widened. I always pay my bill on time and early. Today when we talked to them they said we can bring it in to us. My trash service is paid until March 1st. There are some mobile homes up the hill from us. Their landlord got another dumpster for them and they were here to pick up their trash. They are using a truck just the same as Schular&#**;s is using to pick up the trash, I would like for them to pick up my trash or refund my money.

      The reason the trash was not picked up was it was icy on your trash pick up day.  Our trucks are so heavy, it is easy for them to get stuck, or they create ruts in the drives.  It is hazardous for our drivers to be out in that weather.  We do pick the trash up the next regular pick up day.

      I am rejecting this response because: they missed 4 pick up days(weeks) another garbage service had their trucks in and out of our neighborhood during this same period with no damage to them,their trucks, our roads or personnel. FURTHER when asked why after being promised 2 days in a row that our trash would be picked up the next day and wasnt...  they suggested we could bring our trash in to them ..  If"We" bring it to them...  why are we paying them for their services. At this point we have paid for a month extra of service we haven't received. When asked if we would get a discount .... we were told No as they still had to pay their bills.... Why does that sound as an unreasonable response to us.... we also have bills to pay..  you wouldn't want to pay for a steak at a restaurant you never got would you?
