    I contacted River Valley Cooling in early July this year to do warrantee work on my heat pump which I paid approximately $7,330 in 2021. The owner of the business stated that the parts have been on order and are not available. I spoke with the ******* Customer Representative back on July 20, 2022. He stated that the parts were in stock at that time and shipping should take about 5 to 7 days to ship. River Valley would just have to order them. River Valley and the manufacturer ******* point fingers at each other as where the problem is. I would not buy any ******* products due to their lack of assistance, or from River Valley for no help getting the problem resolved.

    Yes *** ******* contacted us for Warranty work his heat pump system. The circuit board had burnt. I contacted my Local supplier, and begun the warranty process. I was inform then that the board was on Back order. I relayed information to *** ********

    Week went by I contacted supplier to check on board, was still on Back order, This continued with supplier. During this time *** ******* had constantly contacted me, As I responded every time when i was inform by supplier it was still on backorder. *** ******* Had took it upon him self to contact another hvac company that had told him the same out come. He then Contacted someone with ******** They Told him it was in stock. I did not receive any phone number or name of who he was in contact with. I inform my supplier of *** *******s findings. Yet again I am inform by supplier's (I have contacted 3 Different Main locations, as well as 4 other suppliers all have the same answer of Back order item) that the circuit board is on backorder. I have been in constant contact with *** *******

    and 100% truthful. As much I just spoke with him earlier today (09/28/22) via text. As i was just on the phone with supplier earlier today. circuit board has not yet been delivered. *** ******* had then requested a quote for a new heat kit for this system that he opt. not to get from start. I do not understand why He has gone this way nor understand how we are supposed to make anything happen for him without an available part
