    I paid her $250 an hour and she was supposed to get back with me. I leave her messages and she won't call me back.

    Mr. ***** and I had an initial conversation on January 9, 2023, concerning several things including driver's license reinstatement and getting the deeds to his real estate corrected. We had a subsequent meeting on February 27, 2023, wherein Mr. ***** officially retained my services. At that time, Mr. ***** paid me $250 in total for one hour of work hoping that I could get the answers for his questions in that amount of time. Also discussed at that February 27th consultation was that the research into correcting his deeds may take time, possibly two to three weeks, to complete as it involved speaking to multiple people and multiple agencies. 

    It in fact did take three weeks to gather all the needed information to advise Mr. ***** on what needed to be done with his property deeds. I was able to get Mr. *****'s driver's license reinstatement stipulations the same day they were requested.  Once all the information was gathered, an appointment was made with Mr. ***** for April 5, 2023; the soonest date both he and I had availability. He came into my office on April 5th and we discussed my findings concerning the property deeds and license reinstatement. 

    My office is open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Wednesday and by appointment Thursday through Sunday. The business phone can be called at any time and the number has been the same since my office opened in 2019. My office has an email address that is checked multiple times per day. Additionally, Mr. ***** also has my personal cell phone number by which he and I have communicated in the past. While I may not physically be in the office, Mr. ***** has many avenues by which he could have contacted me or my staff. I am not aware of any times at which Mr. ***** has tried to reach me that I or my staff has not contacted him back. 

    believe this complaint is unfounded and ludicrous. One's impatience does not equal another's malpractice. I take offense to Mr. *****'s statement and actions in filing this complaint, however, I still completed the task in which I was hired to do for Mr. *****.
