      Super shady and crooked place. I took my vehicle there for an alignment. Staff made a statement about a 50$ inspection fee to which I stated I did not need. Not 10 minutes after I dropped off, they called me to tell me I needed additional parts to complete my alignment totaling 15 hundred dollars! I got a second opinion and the parts they said I needed, I in fact do not. And if i did those parts only cost 40$. Terrible people, Terrible mechanics, Terrible place! They SHOULD NOT BE OPEN!

      I spent $2,100 on new wheels and tires. I asked for a low profile tire for my Camaro. When I picked the car up it was close to their closing time and I was trying to load my old wheels and tires in my truck so they could go home in time. I drove home (2.5 miles) and parked the car in the garage where it has set since the wheels and tires were put on (transmission started slipping). I noticed a few days later the tire size was 235/50R18 when I wanted 235/40R18. I called them to see if this could be corrected and was told that I would have to spend another $312 on top of the $780 I already spent on the other tires and then they would take the set they put on originally and turn them in for warranty. Meanwhile I would have spent almost $1,100 on a $780 set of tires. I typically have never had issues with Purcell and they have always been courteous. I don't know if this is just a sign of the times we are living in where customer ********************** takes a backseat to profit in this current economy. I hope that this is not a on going business practice for this long time ********* business. Sad.
