      Dear Sir/Madam On 10/13/2023 I contacted you after being targeted by fraudsters who stole $50k from my account. ********** ****** ********** * **** ********** ****** 08/28/2023 $5000 the police and *** told us that these are financial crime 100%***** ************** **** I did not authorise these transactions as I did not know I was talking to a fraudster. The money was taken without my knowledge or consent. I therefore expect you to deal with my complaint according to the ********* ******* *********** ****** **** **** ****** ** ***** ****** *********** rules on unauthorised transactions, which state that unless you can prove I acted with gross negligence, you should reimburse me for this unauthorised transfer. T** ********* ********* ******* ****: ‘the increasing sophistication of scams means that the bar for gross negligence is high – it’s more than just a test of whether someone was careless.’ In the last quarter, the majority of its rulings have been in favour of scam victims, including in cases similar to mine, as banks couldn’t prove the customer was grossly negligent. In light of this, I urge you to reimburse me for my losses of $50k and provide your confirmation that this has been done. If you do not uphold my complaint, I request you send me your final response so I can refer the matter to the ********* ********* ******** Yours sincerely,

      Upon reviewing the complaint, we would like to bring to your attention that the claims made by ****** *******t have been previously investigated by other regulatory agencies, which have found these claims to be unfounded. We have cooperated fully with these agencies and provided all necessary information to address the concerns raised.

      as i understand it  this constitituted not a resolution.

      the facts of this case show the scheme originated online,outside of the jurisdiction of my hometown. the money scammed from the victim was  sent to r-g federal credit union,account name: ********* ************** ** **********
      thus,as such,it is an active criminal matter as we all see.also,the *** ******r reviewed my case,and ask me to contact r-g federal  credit union to get all refunds,because they all set  special money for this kind of issue.so that i should be reimbursed.
      due to these facts and circumstances,i request for reconsideration,take actions.
      100% financial crime.it is everyone's responsbities  to against that.justice can be late,shouldn't  be absent!

      Due to the sensitive and confidential information involved in this, R-G Federal Credit Union will not be able to clarify any further. Outside of what the complaint says, these claims have been addressed and investigated with multiple regulatory agencies who have found no fault to the credit union in this matter.

      Good morning, After my previous vehicle engine blown 2014 Buick Encore. I went into Max Motors dealership where my older sister assisted me in my second auto-fianance contract. The 2018 Chevrolet Malibu Lt gold color. My new car payment is $468.63 monthly. However after relocating from Missouri on October 1,2022 to Alabama. The bank R-G federal credit union. Has not been willing to work with payment arrangements. To get my account caught up by March 1,2022. After speaking to the representatives. I was told January 15,2023. That I can make a payment of $1000.00. They refuse to take my payment on on January 30,2023 for $600.00. Through the online portal or automatic phone system. I have been locked out of my account since January 10,2023. This is very unprofessional for a finance company.

      Due to member privacy we are limited in the information that we can provide; however, I can confirm this member is in breach of contract and we have attempted multiple times to rectify the situation. The member has been told multiple times what is needed to cure the default, but has made no attempt to cure. The member is free to contact us again so we can advise what is needed to cure the default.

      I have been a customer with RG Federal since 1996. I have had 4 or 5 car loans through them. On Friday 9/16/22 I called to make my payment for our truck loan. I was told I was 2 payments behind. I said let me look at my budget and see when I can get the other payment to you. I figured out I could get the other payment to them by the end of the month. Before I could call them back, they called me. Told me that they would no longer be accepting any payments from me and we had to pay the full amount owed. $4832. I told them I couldn’t do that and if they took my payments I would be current. I was told the only thing they would accept is payment in full. I said I have been late before and you all have always worked with me and I have always paid my debt. With less then 5k still owed I didn’t see why they wouldn’t work with me. That evening at 8:30 or so they sent someone to come repossess it. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is what they do. No notice, not willing to work with me after paying $22,000 down to less than 5,000. Especially during this time with everyone still hurting and trying to recover from the pandemic. If I had been allowed to make my payments I would not of been behind. And according to our credit report, they reported on 8/31/22 that we were current. So we would of been 30 days past for August payment and the sept payment was due that day, the 16th of the month. Which I was going to pay on 9/30/22. All this including the repossession occurred in less then 6 hours. Again with no notice and no chance to make account right and current.

      Complaint ID ******** was reviewed by R-G Federal Credit Union on October 3, 2022. The complainant defaulted on said loan. Per Missouri Statute, the Final Notice of Default & Right to Cure was mailed to the complainant and co-borrower. The complainant and co-borrower failed to cure the delinquent balance and the vehicle was subsequently repossessed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have been a customer of RG Federal since 1996.  I have had 5 vehicle loans through them over the past 26 years. I have made late payments several times over the last 5 vehicle loans. But always paid. I called to make my payments at bring loan back into good standing and my payments were rejected. If this is how a client is treated after 26 years of doing business it’s despicable. 26 years, 5 loans, and less than 5K owed on this loan and this is what they do. According to the statutes that I read on MO law of late payments have always been accepted then I had the reasonable right to believe it would continue to be accepted. I believe this business has taken advantage of a situation (Covid) which has caused a lot of people to fall behind and affected a lot of peoples jobs. They were well aware of our situation and then out of the blue will no longer take my payments. Which according to my credit report they reported 8/31/22 I was current. I am sickened that I did business with this company for so long and this is how a loyal customer is treated.
