    On 7 March this year the company installed a chimney cover for $330. On 9 October I reported that birds are getting into the chimney and the cover is gone. The company seemed to not want to help me and assume the cover was blown away in a storm in which they said they would not cover. They made no offer to look for it on the roof. They abruptly ‘told’ me to look for it and let them know; clearly implying they would reinstall it if I found it.

    On 14 October I found tne cover on the roof, took a picture and out of courtesy didn’t send it by text until Thursday 19 Oct since they are closed on weekends and I was busy at work where my phone is locked up

    I sent it on 19 Oct. received no answer. Called and left voicemail on then text line to no answer. Called the main line from

    Left voicemail again on 20 Oct. i received another abrupt text saying to call a cell phone in the office and that someone called me

    No one called me. I left my work and cell phone numbers. I have remained courteous and patient while a second and third bird got caught in the chimney.

    No answer ever. No call back ever. Not to text, not to voicemail on either line. I was gone last week and my son caught and released two more birds now five.

    Fortunately no furniture is broken yet and no birds dead.

    I returned this week and now a 6th bird at night. Very difficult and all over the house. The company is blatantly refusing to answer the phone, voicemail or

    They don’t care. Seems they never did. Never made any real Attempt to back their work and $330 i paid them
    For a cover that stayed on no more than 7 months. 100% unresponsive. I have receipt, texts, phone records

    They shld be forced to reinstall pay me for someone else to
    Do it, or refund me an install price.

    They are harassing us By refusing to respond as we disrupt our lives to save birds, waste time energy ,stress and risk

    No additional photos. The son in the business called me while I was working in Colorado. I didn’t know of any action on the complaint, didn’t know if he knew, he didn’t. I didn’t bring it up because I had no time or energy, didn’t want to ruin the call or his goodwill, and didn’t know any action was going to be taken so decided I would address that later if I had to. The son did offer to ‘do the work right’ w a better cover etc but that I have to pay again. I mentioned $330 is a lot to pay to fall off in 6-7 months to pay again. He said he needed to make some money so we settled on $120 more for a better cover and painted etc. he then said more for gas and paint. I said I hope not tol much more then I didn’t hear from him again. This was last Monday 6 Nov. 

    he was supposed to come last week From Wednesday on after my return. I heard nothing and sent two polite folllowup notes. Heard nothing was going to soon let him know I made a complaint and was going to contact you all again. 

    son texted me tonight. Said he knew about the complaint. I guess his dad was mad and became defiant again. I plainly told him I contacted you all, and explained everything 

    he asked I let you all know it’s taken care of. I said I would let you all know where we are right now 

    Seems he wants to work with me and honor his word. I’ll update you how it goes from here
