We had 6 piers put in around our home a few years ago. This last fall we noticed we had several significant cracks showing up in different areas of our home and in some rooms, we weren't even able to close and or lock doors. ( This being a security issue). They came out to investigate and made an appointment with me to come back on Jan. 25, 2023. They called and cancelled that appointment due to weather. No followup appointment was made. I called no less than 14 times to try to get them back out here to do the work they were supposed to have done on Jan. 25th. Nobody ever returned any of those calls until the final time I called, I left a voice message stating I was going to contact the BBB. I got a call back and they told me someone would have to come back out to look at it again. A gentleman came out and said, he would have to have ****** come out to look at it. ****** came out on JUNE 7th and stated he would get back to me. That was over 6 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from anyone. I left 2 more messages and finally a 3rd stating again I would go to the BBB. Which is why I am writing. I would appreciate anything you could do to look into this as this is extremely poor customer service and my issues still have not been resolved. I just want to be able to lock my doors so someone can't just walk in.Business Response

A large part of this story was omitted in the complaint. In 2020, Ms. ******* called stating she had further movement. PFT determined this was due to an addition that needed new support beams installed to stabilize and stop movement. Ms. ******* chose to have another company make this repair. When she called back in 2023 claiming movement again, the problem area included both companies' work sites. We could have chosen to void the warranty altogether after Ms. ******* chose to bring in another company, as we can't be held liable for their work, but as a courtesy to an established customer instead chose to try to work with her until she was satisfied with the job done. In August of 2023 we adjusted two of the piers we previously installed. We have not heard from Ms. ******* since and assume she was satisfied with the repair.Thank you!Initial Complaint

A few months ago the manager stopped by to review foundation problems that I had paid a large sum to fix and they installed around 16 sub-braces under the foundation to prevent the shifting but the problem recurred with my garage door off line, I paid to have my door realigned, my walls and driveway cracking etc. He agreed that the walls were his responsibility to fix but not my front landing. He stated that he couldn't get to it then but would call me to schedule a time that it could be repaired. They never called and I have left several messages and spoke to his office manager over several months to no avail. This is why I am contacting you. I want my foundation warranty work completed so I can fix and paint my walls. I did not even ask Him to reimburse me for fixing the gap at the bottom of my garage door. I have text from Sept. 12, 23, Oct 28, Nov 3rd. He came to my house before Sept 12 but don't remember the exact day..Business Response

I have been trying to contact the business for nearly 3 months on a warranty claim. The warranty claim fits within our original contract. I have called and emailed multiple times. Each time I get the run around. Looking online, it appears that this is their standard operating procedure for warranty issues. A big part of why I originally went with them is because of the warranty. We were going to have new siding installed and was hoping to get the warranty issue taken care of before the siding was complete as I would likely incur additional expenses having the warranty work done after the siding was complete. I contacted them well before our siding job was scheduled and only got the run around. I honestly don’t believe that they have any intention of honoring their warranty contract. At this point, I’m not convinced that they would do acceptable work given it has gotten this far and I’d almost rather them reimburse me for the cost of another company doing the job correctly.Business Response

*** ****** did contact Pro Foundation about his warranty issue as stated. A technician was sent to assess on September 29th, and *** ****** was placed on a list to be scheduled for warranty repairs. As so many other companies in business today, Pro Foundation is also struggling with labor and equipment shortages. This has caused our response and repair times to be longer than normal and longer than we or our customers would prefer. Our warranties remain valid, but repair times have been delayed. *** ****** was advised every time he contacted our office of the situation and reassured he was not forgotten and was on the list for repair, but circumstances beyond our control prevented us from being able to complete his repair in the time frame he desired. We are sorry for this inconvenience. His warranty service was completed on Friday, December 16th.Customer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: The information presented by ProTech is misleading. I was never told they were having labor or staff shortages. I was never told there would be a delay. My emails and calls were only answered by ***** ***********, their administrative assistant, who told me every time that she was not sure why nobody has gotten back to me. They did come out unannounced on 12/16 and did lift it slightly, however, the slab would still meet their warranty guidelines as it is not level. I received a call from ProTech today to see how everything went. He did not once mention labor or staff shortages and said he did not have an answer for how things have been handled. It appears that a BBB complaint has resolved their labor and staff shortages, but it did not resolve fixing the actual issue.Regards,

I contracted with Pro Foundation for a sidewalk that had dropped down away from the house and driveway. Signed a contract for a poly jack project , agreed price $2,250.00 , which included a five year warranty.
After completion of the poly jack process I noticed the poly product , which is yellow all over the siding and trim and windows. I called and sent pictures. They sent out ***** he scrubbed the siding so hard it rubbed off the finish. He came back two more times , scrubbing and scraping the yellow mess off of my house. He also suggested that I move the down spout , which I did. He suggested I get a gallon of trim paint and touch up the trim. He also asked if I had a panel of siding to replace what was damaged.
Now the sidewalk has dropped down another inch. I sent another letter to the company and more photos ten days ago. At this point I want my money back, this is a terrible job and I am worse off than I was.Business Response

PFT cleaned poly and caulk as much as possible, then did additional poly work on the sidewalk after which the customer was satisfied with the work done. No further contact with the customer since November 2022Initial Complaint

June 14th 2021 Prof Foundation was hired to raise the sunken driveway at my residence. About 3 months time gone by, the driveway was gradually sinking. I called twice, October 11th 2021 and about tens days later. Pro Foundation did agreed to send a crew November 3rd 2021 to completely overhaul their work. But November 2nd 2021, Pro Foundation abruptly canceled the appointment claiming equipment failure, and all work stopped indefinitely for the season. I have called twice in March and twice in April 2022 rendered no satisfactory answers. I concluded Pro Foundation has no sincerity returning. The driveway is in worse condition now than before work started. Check#**** $2619Business Response

went back to the customer's property and repaired all areas of concern. We've had no contact with the customer since that time and can only assume the repair was completed to his satisfaction.
