    I sold my old house as is and needed to move what was left of my stuff in a hurry. I warned Jason, Jam‘s owner, that the place was filthy, since I hadn’t been living there for two years, and the guy who was supposed to clean it up left a horrible mess. Jam was very rough with my vintage English bar and didn’t wrap or cushion it at all. They ripped several pieces of veneer from the top, chipped the drawers, and tore a large piece loose from the side. When carrying in my kitchen pantry they knocked one of its back legs against the truck ramp, causing it to crumble and fall into pieces They carried the rest of my items in and finished in two hours as planned. But after the moving was finished I pointed out to Jason where they had ripped off the veneer on my English bar and showed him the crumbled leg on my kitchen pantry. Immediately he flew into a huff and insisted that the furniture had been like that to begin with and he had pictures to prove it. I knew that couldn’t be true and asked to see them. Then he whipped out his phone, flashed it in front of my eyes, and stormed back to his truck, saying, “Keep your damn money then!” We had never even discussed money yet. I followed him outside saying I wanted to be fair, but by then he was already driving away in the truck with his partner. After I left a 3-Star review on Yelp, Jason posted pictures of the filthy old house with my name prominently displayed on each, warning others not to do business with me unless they brought Hazmat materials, as if his company didn’t have to do a good job unless the folks hiring him met his standards for cleanliness. Obviously the pictures he’d been referring to were shots to show others how filthy my house had been. I rewrote the review with more details and changed it to one star. Jason replied with a nasty comment. NEVER GOING NEAR THIS COMPANY AGAIN! No doubt all the good reviews on Yelp were his relatives. Jason is a petulant 5-year-old in a grown man’s body. Beware!
