    The contractor came and did a job for our home. He added a gas line from the basement to the kitchen. The owner of the home noticed something didn't seem right and called the gas company to check the work. Gas company then shut off the gas line to the entire home because the work done by contractor was not done right. The gas company then gave us documentation of what needed to be fixed and sent a city inspector to verify what needed to be changed as well. We have the proper documentation. After calling ***** to come fix the work he denied to come fix the job. We then find out this man ***** is not licensed to do work in Kansas and did not get a permit from the city to do the job either. We hired another contractor to redo the work with a kansas license and received the proper permit from the city. After the work was completed the city inspector came out again and approved the second job done by other contractor. We did not have gas in the home for two days and no heat from this either with small children in the home. After a few failed attempts for ***** to answer the phone and receive a full refund for the work done wrong. He can also come and take the materials he used but we are asking for a full refund. If we don't we will be taking this to court to get our money back.
