    I went to liberty to have my taxes done I told ***** that I had sold my house was not how to file my taxes and she didn't list my house in the taxes I called IRS they gave me a web site and it said on there that you list your house and when the manager called she kept arguing that the house doesn't need to be claimed on taxes. They have no clue what they are doing and will refund my money that I paid I didn't pay to have my taxes messed up I want this corrected the manager says she has to look it up so in other words they refuse to fix my taxes or refund my money I paid 345 to have taxes done I would like to have my 345 back

    ** ****** came into the store to have her taxes filed for 2022.  As they were being filed she mentioned to the preparer that she had sold her house and inquired as to whether she needed to claim the profit from the sale.  There was no paperwork provided indicating the date of the sale, or any capital gains received from the sale.  The preparer proceeded to contact the general manager and asked him if the sale was reportable, and not having all the information, was told it was not.  It was not until we received the bad review that we were aware of the client only living in the house for 6 months before selling.  I then attempted to contact the client to request the paperwork for the sale and offer to amend the taxes for free.  I did not receive a call back.  I can assure you, we are well trained.  We take several weeks worth of classes, regardless of how long we have been doing taxes, and have to pass some rigorous tests to become tax preparers for Liberty Tax Service.  In addition to the classes and training, all returns are double checked for accuracy.  Without the paperwork on the sale the person double checking would not know to inquire about the sale or correct the mistake.  I am happy to amend ** ******' return for free once she brings us the necessary paperwork.  She simply needs to give me a call to set up an appointment.

    I am rejecting this response because:  ***** ****** as I stated I tried to give her my papers she didn't take them  and she failed to ask how long I owed the house before I sold  no I don't want them fixing my they messed them up  I want my 345 back
