    On Nov.30 my truck was towed to r n r ties shop on 350 highway Raytown Missouri at around 2:50 they agreed to work on my truck tires while I was at work they called and complained about not having the right socket to get my lugs off I explained to them that they were regular lugs and they expressed they didn’t have the socket I asked them why should I have to bring a socket to a professional tire shop they said they’ll figure it out and pick my truck up the next day it’ll be fixed next day come tire still not fixed and now they have damaged my front passenger tire plus all my lugs are loose none are back tighten I ask for a refund and had my trucked towed back home now on today dec.5th I have yet to receive a refund and my bank is saying they charged me twice

     Said potential customer had vehicle towed up to RNR Tire Express to get tires on 180 day same as cash payment option. Customer had to use two different cards to put down payment down for tires on payment option so that's why there would be two different transactions. Upon pulling customers vehicle into shop, we discovered that potential customer had wrong lug nuts on vehicle for custom wheel application that was on there. Since lug nuts were not correct application there was not enough space to fit a socket in wheel hole to take said lug nuts off. We told customer we will see what we can do about potentially trying to get them off and offered to refund money day of November 30th, but she said no. The next day December 1st we told the customer there is no socket that exists that is thin enough to fit in wheel holes to be able to get these lug nuts off and she claimed to have one and was told to bring it up and we will see. Potential customer then called back a short time after and she said that she didn't have one or couldn't locate it. Potential customer was told she would need to take vehicle to a shop that specializes in steering and suspension to get the wheels off. We then processed a refund back to customer and sent pictures of receipts that show refund was processed as well. We also did not damage front passenger tire; all tires were bald and splitting and needing to be replaced
