    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My vehicle sat there for over two months and all the while I was being told that the problem was with the warranty company. I was repeatedly lied to about the progress of my vehicle and they told me that the information needed was to be sent to the warranty company. The warranty company never received anything from the shop. I was given some story about the problem was with the receptionist and things would be resolved soon. NOTHING HAPPENED AGAIN!!! Finally after one last lie I was fed up and had my vehicle moved to another shop. I did go by shift transmission during this two month fiasco only to find that no one was even there in the middle of the day. My car was sitting on the side of the shop and looked like it hadn’t been touched. That was easy to figure out since there was a multitude of vehicles sitting in front of the shop doors. If I could give them negative stars I would. It’s just despicable how a shop could mislead a customer that way. Not to mention how there were multiple times when you couldn’t even leave them a message because the machine was usually full of messages and you couldn’t leave a message. Messages don’t matter much if they are not returning calls. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
