    4/16/25 a listing on Facebook marketplace w/ a business page. They had a washer/dryer for sale which I contacted them because it offered a 45 day warranty as well as delivery. I immediately asked him about the distance and if he would willing to drive out to me which he said he would he would just charge me extra for the distance. I then ask him his 45 day warranty and he said yes we do offer a 45 day warranty. I gave him payment for it which included the delivery with a total of $645.39 he came and delivered it didn’t get to use it for a couple of days. I went to use the washer for the first time After about 20 minutes of it running I heard something wrong and went in there. It smelled like an electrical fire, it was leaking from the and full of water and stuck in the wash cycle. I immediately tried to get a hold of him. It took over a day to get a hold of him about having somebody come out he told me he would have somebody call me schedule a time to come out More than a day past yet again waiting to hear back from somebody called him back. Took long to get a hold of him and he his delivery person doesn’t work those days. I got a hold of the guy who services it and he told me he doesn’t service that farout Contacted him back and he said I forgot to tell you we don’t service that far out I can give you a new or I can refund it. I told him I didn’t want new ones because he still wouldn’t service. he said ok. And he would contact me about when they could come pick up once again. More time passes can’t get a hold of him and he tries to tell me that somebody should’ve called me and they never did. After getting the runaround, he said that his person will pick up Monday. I said I needed a time and he said he’d call me back with a time and never did. Monday comes. I call him and he says they’ll out here today between 3-4. Now he is saying he can’t pick up till tomorrow. Won’t answer calls or messages and block me on facebook. Have receipt and messages to prove.
