I truly wish I could give 0 stars. My uncle dropped his boat off at Branson West Marine for service and then fell ill. He passed away after a few short months. My mother (minister) and aunt (school teacher) were in communication with the service department often (probably 50 calls or more over the couple months of dealing with this). They had explained the situation to the service manager about having to deal with getting titles done with a dead mans boat. The service manager kept saying it was not any big deal, the boat was safe, it wasnt causing any issue being parked in the back corner of the lot, etc. Flash forward a couple months, title work has finally come in and my cousin (single mother school teacher living in Alabama) finally has the right to go get the boat. She calls to set up pickup of the boat and the sales manager gets involved. He tells my cousin that she owes them over $4000 for storage (something that was never once mentioned during the dozens of previous calls with the service department). He gave her an easy out if she wanted, hed be generous enough to buy the Landau pontoon for a whopping $5000 (Im guessing yall can hear that the boat is worth at least double-triple that). After a lot of back and forth, the sales manager finally settled on $500 for storage from a single mother school teacher from Alabama who just lost her daddy and doesnt even have $500 to her name. This lot was either so hard up for cash or so heartless that they decided they needed to hold the last remaining memory of a daddy and daughter ****** for $500. When I went to pick up the boat, I spoke with the sales manager and did definitely give him an ultimatum, return her money, or I would post the story online. They chose the latter.

I had my Kawasaki Teryx UTV picked up for repair by Branson West Marine and Power Sports in Branson West, ******** on August 2, 2022. One week later, they called to tell me the machine repairs were completed, and they delivered it back to me later that day. Upon inspection, I found a 5 rip in the drivers seat, which was not there when they originally picked it up. I immediately called them up and spoke to *************************, Operations Manager of this business. She asked me to send her a picture of the ripped seat, which I did. She then called me, and said she did not believe they were responsible for this rip. She also had the Service Manager on the line, and he proceeded to tell me that he took pictures of this machine earlier that morning, and the rip was in the picture at that time, and that the seat showed major wear and tear. Really? They picked the machine up one week before, had it in their shop for an entire week, but because he took a picture of the rip on the morning of the return, that means the rip was already there? And this seat was like new, no wear or tear at all. There was no wear and tear visible anywhere on the seat as he claimed. So, he lies to the Operations Manager, and she just takes his word for it? She even told me originally that she talked to the person that worked on my machine, and he told her he never saw the rip. So, in my opinion, this business cant be trusted with your equipment, and if they damage it, they will not take responsibility for what they do! Beware, and find a reputable dealer to work on your equipment so you dont end up with a damaged machine like I did. They will not take responsibility and will not make it right if they damage it!
