    This person claims on her website and Patreon certain benefits & certain protocol for receiving your benefits and orders and then goes on to repeatedly lied about when the items will be shipped. Items were supposed to go out 1-2 wks after ordering but did not. After multiple attempts to get in touch & asking for a refund, I had to get another business who recommended them to get in touch. This still did not speed up the process as the owner went out of town without fulfilling the order. I finally got some of my order 6 weeks after the purchase but yet the benefits that were promised were not included. When I try to reach out to the owner of just Starkey on Facebook they then removed me from site which is supposed to be a community website for people who are part of their patreon program. I was simply asking if I could please get the rest of my benefits in the mail this month. I put in for another request to the website and I was granted access but my previous question had been removed. I messaged the owner through a private messaging system that they hardly ever respond to then if I wasn't going to be able to get the benefits that I paid for could they please give me a refund and I have yet to hear back. I just want to let people know buyer beware that you could very well pay for something and not receive anything or at least not your full order and definitely not the benefits that you sign up for.
