    As indicated on their website, this business also sell and install PWC drive-on jet ski lifts at the Lake of the Ozarks. I purchased one just a few weeks ago and paid extra to have it professionally installed. It was anything but professional. In fact, it was probably the most unprofessional job ever. Within just a couple of days it was losing parts. When I notified them, they said they would have the manufacturer overnight new parts that I would have to install myself. It took over two weeks to get the parts. Just recently I went down to the dock and noticed the lift had almost completely come free from the dock. It was literally hanging on by 1/4 of ***** old broken iron. The installer, ****** (the owners very young, apparently very inexperienced son) attached a brand new, expensive PWC lift with an expensive jet ski sitting on it, to broken, ***** metal. After the installation I asked to installer if everything was okay because it didnt look stable to me. Ive never had, nor have I installed a lift before, so I didnt know for sure. Thats why I paid to have it professionally done. I received a voicemail response from the installer assuring me that the meatal was fine, the installation was fine, everything was fine. I still have that voice mail message and provided it to the owner of the business. When I notified the owner that the lift had almost completely come loose, bolts were missing, steel was bent and broken. He said it was my fault. He claims that I was told of the condition, which of course, just the opposite was told to me. He claims he sent me pics which I never received. I asked him several times when and where he sent them. Of course, he couldnt tell me. I asked to talk to him directly or meet with him personally. He declined. The only thing he did was block my calls, texts, social media and any other form of contacting him.
