    From Day 1 of deposit nothing was done as advertised. We were promised mock up pictures of the design as well as progress pictures. The completion date was exceeding by two months while being fed the most off the wall excuses. While attempting to maintain constant communication/ following up, at times there was little to no response from Mr. Lansdale until the day I was planning to file a small claims law suit. We were denied the return of our deposit. We attempted to pick up 4-5 times with last minute cancelations on his part. Due to the inconvenience we were promised delivery, however that was also canceled. After the fact he stated delivery was not in the original agreement and he was not equipped for it. After an enormous amount of effort and stressful communication we were able to pick up on 5/20/25, when the deposit was placed on 2/12/25. When picked up, the top of the entertainment center was not even attached and he was attaching and finishing items as it was being loaded on the trailer. Other than the measurements, the furniture quality and wood was not what was agreed upon. The brackets were poor quality and not the color we agreed on as well. I will have to apply another coat of stain, poly it myself, and order proper brackets in an attempt to recover the pieces. Hands done the worst business transaction we have ever been through. From the date of deposit to pick up day, were not supplied the mock up pictures or completion pictures we were promised. Luckily we insisted on an in person meet up at his house for deposit vs electronic transfer.
