    The owner of this business a liar . I payed a deposit to him via credit card for a field roller . Delay after delay lie after lie promise after broken promise . Asking for my 50% deposit to be refunded . Getting nowhere . My suggestion would be not to do business with a liar & a thief .

    This customer has been challenging from the beginning and we wished it didnt come to this type of ridicule, but some people are challenging to deal with.From the beginning our interactions with ************** had been repetitive. We had to constantly re-address items being asked, for instance that on 3 separate occasions we told him we didnt make cultipackers.When he ordered a 3pt. AERATOR (not a field roller which he indicated in his complaint) we told him it would not be ready until June because our production schedule was and still is high. The first of May, he asked when will it be done, when we explained again that it would not be ready until June, we received an email stating he was unhappy because we told him it would be ready the first of May (which was not true at the time of his order) but that he still wanted the AERATOR.The first of June, ************** emailed asking for an update on his ROLLER. We explained that he ordered an AERATOR (which is all documented on his invoice) and that it would be shipped the following week. We let him know that we would reach out the day before we shipped BY PHONE in order to confirm final payment arrangements and shipping address. Before we notified ************** that his AERATOR was ready to be shipped we received an email that he would be unable to unload on Friday morning (June 16, 2023). That is when we called ************** and had to leave a voicemail. We wanted to explain that these are not our trucks (3rd party broker) and that we needed to verify his availability and that it might need to be shipped Monday June 19, 2023 so there would be no need for a re-schedule delivery. All that could have been dealt with if ************** returned our phone calls.On the day he was supposed to be unable to unload the Aerator (June 16, 2023), we received a nasty email indicating that he wanted the product or a refund. This email was not seen until Monday morning because the owner that it went to was out of the office that day. At this point, ************** still never returned our calls. Saturday morning (June 17, 2023) we received a belligerent email that named called and threatened ** numerous times with complaints being made demanding a refund. Once the emails were read Monday morning (June 19, 2023), we happily refunded ************** money for the down payment and hoped the issue was resolved, and then we received this complaint.The 3pt. ******* was completed and ************** money was refunded as soon as the business day started and his email was seen. We did not steal, lie, our break any promises. We have email and phone logs for our correspondences with ************** indicating all that was stated above. Thank you
